The straightforward answer is, Moose Juice is completely gluten-free.

A 200mg of caffeine can be a lot of caffeine if you have a low caffeine tolerance. But if you’re more tolerant towards caffeine, 200mg won’t be a big deal for you.
No matter how tolerant you are towards caffeine, the European Food Security Authority (EFSA) limits our daily caffeine intake to 400mg of caffeine per day.
Consumption of caffeine over 400mg can lead to certain side effects like:
- Increase in heart rate
- Jitters, etc.
Personally, my caffeine tolerance is 50-100mg of caffeine in one serving of energy drink. Anything more than that can leave me feeling hot flushes.

How Much Sugar Does Moose Juice Have?
Added sugar is not the best option for our health. Doctors advise patients to consume added sugar as little as possible. Considering overconsumption of sugar leads to noticeable health problems like:

Moose Juice alone can not help you lose weight.
Moose has 200mg of caffeine with no added sugar. After drinking the energy drink, you may feel energized and all. But it goes away after a few hours.
But this does not mean it will make you lose weight, it’s not a weight loss supplement.
The good news is, if you drink Moose Juice along with following a healthy diet and working out regularly, the energy drink might help you lose weight.
Is Moose Juice Vegan-Friendly?
Moose Juice probably is not vegan-friendly considering it uses a few ingredients that may come from animal sources.
L-tyrosine is an amino acid whose origin is protein-based foods. Meaning, meat, fish, eggs, etc.
However, L-tyrosine is found in many supplements and is designed to enhance our cognitive performance, alertness, focus, etc.
Amino acids usually come from direct plants or are synthesized. However, they can come from casein (milk) too. Casein is a kind of milk-based protein, meaning it is not vegan-friendly.
Nevertheless, it is not mentioned in the energy drink, the exact sources of Tyrosine. So, we still can’t give you an exact answer yet.
Taurine is a popular amino acid that is found in many energy drinks as well as dietary supplements. It is also called sulfonic acid.
Taurine gives us a great energy boost by enhancing our energy levels and overall making us perform better. Sources of taurine are animals, to be direct, the bile of mammals.
Again, taurine can be synthesized in labs too.
The brand did not mention sources of taurine so we still don’t know where it comes from.
Choline is also an essential nutrient. Its sources are beef liver, eggs, nuts, fish, etc.
Choline is an important nutrient for the transportation of fat from our liver to inhibit cholesterol formation.
Choline also helps in asthma by reducing the risks of inflammation and swelling. It can furthermore help in muscle growth too, which is why it was probably used in Moose Juice.
Is Moose Juice Actually Gluten-Free?
So far, the energy drink doesn’t have any traces of wheat, barley, or rye. However, it has not been officially declared by the brand on whether it is gluten-free or not.
But since the drink doesn’t have any shreds of evidence of gluten, it can be said that Moose Juice is safe from gluten.
Does Moose Juice Have Any Side Effects?
Moose Juice doesn’t cause any major side effects unless you are downing 3 cans of Moose each day. Considering the drink is high-caffeinated, overconsumption of the drink will lead to possible side effects like:

The vitamin content in the energy drink is, however, a little overwhelming. So in the future, the company should try working on it. That is just my personal opinion.
