Jolt Cola was first created in New York under The Jolt Company. The main focus in advertising the product was for wakefulness through its sugar and caffeine content.
The first slogan of Jolt Cola was “All the sugar and twice the caffeine.” And it lasted for 24 years, and then they eventually changed it to “Twice the caffeine.”
And in 1987, around the fall, they started to introduce a low-calorie version of Jolt Cola in the market. It was known as Jolt Cola, which uses sugar and a brand of aspartame called Nutra Sweet. They also introduced additional flavors, such as:
