Monster Energy has a moderate caffeine content of 160 mg per 16 fl. oz, which is perfectly fine to consume every day. However, if you plan on having it consistently, it might be detrimental to your health in the long run.
For healthy adults, the FDA recommends a daily caffeine intake of 400 mg, which is roughly two cans of Monster Energy Drink per day.

You’d find a total of 210 calories in every 16 fl. oz. can of Monster, which in my opinion, is a lot for one can and could definitely affect your diet if consumed all the time.
Given the daily caloric limit which is 2000 to 2400 calories for women and 2400 to 3000 calories for men, a can of Monster would be about one-tenth of your daily intake. The calorie content in Monster would surely come into use but it may not be ideal if you are on a low-calorie diet.
Lucky for you, Monster has a sugar-free option called Monster Energy Zero Ultra. It only contains 10 calories and not as sweet as the original blend, making it an excellent choice for someone who’s following a low-calorie diet.
Sugar Content in Monster Energy
Each 16 fl. oz. can of Monster Energy Drink has 54 g of added sugar, which is unsuitable for everyday consumption.
