Caffeine Content In X-Gamer
A 10g pack of X-Gamer contains 200mg of caffeine.
Caffeine is perhaps the most important ingredient in an energy drink. It helps you stay awake, as well as improve your physical performance and cognition.
As X-Gamer contains 200 mg of caffeine per pack, you can expect a pretty strong energy boost.
However, your caffeine tolerance does determine if you would get a kick of energy from X-Gamer. If you have a low caffeine tolerance, it might be more than you can handle.
When you’re having X-Gamer, or energy drinks in general, make sure to practice a daily caffeine intake of 400mg, as recommended by the FDA.
An overconsumption of caffeine might lead to the following health issues:
- Sleep Deprivation (Insomnia)
- Loss of focus and concentration
Make sure to moderate your X-Gamer intake and try not to double down on too many caffeinated beverages within a day.
Sugar Content In X-Gamer
X-Gamer Energy Drink is sugar-free and uses artificial sweeteners instead.
Even though X-Gamer doesn’t contain any sugar, it’s important to know your daily sugar intake.
The recommended daily sugar intake by the American Heart Association (AHA) is 24g and 36g for women and men respectively. Any more than that might lead to some serious health issues like:
- High Blood Pressure
- Weight Gain
Therefore, while X-Gamer doesn’t have any sugar, it’s important to properly control your daily sugar intake.
Does X-Gamer Have Any Artificial Sweeteners?
X-Gamer use an artificial sweetener called sucralose. Sucralose is a zero-calorie sweetener that helps improves the flavor of food products.
Aside from being sweeter than table sugar, it doesn’t leave you with a bad aftertaste either. Plus, sucralose also won’t affect your blood or sugar levels.
For more information about sucralose, check out the video below:
Calories In X-Gamer Energy
A single pack of X-Gamer has 31 calories.
Based on its calorie content, X-Gamer doesn’t have a lot of calories when compared with other popular energy drink brands like Monster (210 calories per 16 fl.oz) or Rockstar (250 calories per 16 fl.oz).
For reference, the recommended daily calorie intake is 2,000 calories for women and 2,500 calories for men.
Since X-Gamer is low in calories, if you’re on a diet, it might be a good option for you. With 31 calories in each pack, your overall diet won’t be heavily affected.
However, X-Gamer isn’t meant to replace actual nutritious meals. Thus, make sure to grab something to eat before going off anywhere instead of depending completely on X-Gamer.
Is X-Gamer Energy Drink Bad for You?
X-Gamer Energy Drink isn’t necessarily bad for you per se if you have it in moderation.
If you consume X-Gamer in moderation, some of the benefits you’ll get include:
- Excellent boost of energy
- Improves your memory
- Can help with weight loss
- Enhances your sports performance
However, consuming X-Gamer without controlling your intake can lead to many negative effects like shakiness and headaches.
Can You Drink X-Gamer Every Day?
You can drink X-Gamer every day, provided it must be in moderate amounts.
It’s perfectly okay to have X-Gamer every day, as long as you moderate your intake to a tolerable personal limit.
For your information, too much X-Gamer can lead to these side effects:
- High Blood Pressure
- Heart palpitation
However, I personally wouldn’t recommend drinking X-Gamer each day due to its high caffeine content. It’s best to limit your X-Gamer intake for when you really need a boost of energy.
Is X-Gamer Energy Drink Healthy?
When compared with other energy drinks in the market, X-Gamer is relatively healthy.
A single pack of X-Gamer is sugar-free and has a small calorie content, which wouldn’t affect your overall diet. Plus, it also contains a number of amino acids and vitamins for better performance.
Unlike most sugary energy drinks, it’s definitely healthier for you. Though, X-Gamer isn’t the most nutritious beverage to consume in the long run.
X-Gamer is great when you need some energy and a boost in performance. But in terms of the nutrients you need, it can’t provide you with those.
What Does X Gamer Energy Drink Taste Like?
I’ve tasted a few flavors of X-Gamer Energy. It definitely felt like an adventure as it had many flavors to choose from.
Personally, my favorite flavors from X-Gamer was King of Banana and Fuzzberry. King of Banana tasted like banana foam candy juice while Fuzzberry reminded me of strawberry milkshakes.
As for Nightshade, it had a strong grape-like syrupy taste which I disliked. Zomberry, in my case, had a pretty weak strawberry taste compared to Fuzzberry.
With its variety of flavors, X-Gamer has something for everyone. I’d suggest giving some of its flavors a try to find out which one suits you best.

Alternatives To X-Gamer
If X-Gamer isn’t doing it for you, here are some other options that might tickle your fancy:
To sum it all up, you can drink X-Gamer every day but make sure to stick to one can. For a longer lasting effect, save your serving of X-Gamer for the times you truly need it.
A single serving of X-Gamer contains lots of amino acids and vitamins that could contribute somehow to your health. Plus, X-Gamer also has 200mg of caffeine for a strong boost for your performance.
X-Gamer is also low in calories, which is a bonus, if you’re on a diet. Having X-Gamer every day would greatly improve your performance and energy levels.
However, due to its high caffeine content, drinking X-Gamer might overload your system especially if you don’t control your intake. Besides, it doesn’t have the important nutrients your body actually needs.
Furthermore, consuming X-Gamer every day may increase your tolerance, which lessens its effects.
Thus, to ensure you can still enjoy its benefits, you can save X-Gamer for the times you need it if you want to.
Whatever your decision might be, X-Gamer is a great energy drink with good taste and won’t disappoint you.
