Artificial sweeteners are low-calorie substances used to sweeten food or beverages.

Sucralose is the no-calorie artificial sweetener that replaces sugar in the X-Gamer energy drink.

It’s generally marketed under the brand name Splenda and is around 600 times sweeter than sugar. Unlike sugar, it doesn’t affect our insulin and blood sugar levels.

Sucralose doesn’t have any bitter aftertaste, unlike most artificial sweeteners.

If you’re worried about its effects on your health, the FDA has declared sucralose safe for general use in 1998. Over 110 research studies were reviewed before making this declaration.

Caffeine Content In X-Gamer Energy Drink

X-Gamer energy drink contains around 200mg of caffeine in a 10g serving. It’s a pretty high amount to have in a 10g pack.

However, its caffeine content is still lower than Bang (300mg per 16 fl. oz.)— the strongest energy drink in the market.

You shouldn’t consume more than one pack of X-Gamer energy drinks per day. Crossing the recommended limit set by the FDA can lead to problems such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Agitation
  • Sleeping problems
  • Tremors
  • Restlessness

You may also experience these effects when your body flushes out caffeine.

If you rely on caffeine to stay awake for too long, you’re likely to experience a caffeine crash. A caffeine crash can leave you with extreme tiredness and sleepiness. Plus, you won’t be able to concentrate until the effects of caffeine crash wear off.

The main drawback of X-Gamer energy drink is its high caffeine content, which can be harmful if consumed irresponsibly or if you have any medical condition.

It also doesn’t have a cutting edge towards other energy drinks, and is okay in flavor. At best, there’s the Fuzzberry flavor.
