Sneak Energy and Rogue Energy are sugar-free.

Both of the brands use Sucralose as an alternative to added sugar. Sneak also uses Acesulfame-K, while Rogue uses stevia, a natural sweetener, alongside with sucralose.

Sucralose is a popular artificial sweetener, and its most common product is ‘Splenda’. This sweetener is used in low-calorie or sugar-free food products. Like sugar, sucralose is quite sweet.

Acesulfame-K is another favored calorie-free artificial sweetener. Usually, Acesulfame-K is included with sucralose to give a sugar-like taste.

Stevia is a natural sweetener that’s derived from a plant called ‘Stevia rebaudiana’. As stevia is natural, it’s considerably healthier than the artificial sweeteners.

However, as good as these sweeteners are for your diet, you should still limit your intake. Although these sweeteners are generally safe, there are still concerns regarding their long-term side effects.

On the bright side, since Sneak and Rogue doesn’t have any sugar, you won’t end up with a sugar crash after consuming them.

Sneak Energy VS Rogue Energy Taste Comparison

Sneak Energy definitely has more flavors that I prefer compared to Rogue Energy.

In my case, my least favorite flavor from Sneak is Stealth. It reminded me of herbal juice that just didn’t sit right with my taste buds.

As for the rest, I didn’t have much of a problem with them. The best one I’ve tasted so far from Sneak is Blue Raspberry. It has a sweet tart flavor, reminiscent to a blue raspberry Jolly Rancher.

I definitely recommend giving Blue Raspberry flavor a try if you’re a fan of berry flavors.

As for Rogue, most of its flavors are fruit-based compared to Sneak which has a more exotic flavor pool.

The best ones from Rogue that I’ve tasted are Grape Popsicle and Watermelon, as they both have a strong fruity flavor.

I didn’t particularly like Mango Pineapple, as it was too sour for my tastes. Plus, I’m not a big fan of pineapple, so your mileage might vary.

Rogue Energy also seems to have a strange artificial sweetener aftertaste, which might put you off if you’re sensitive to it.

All in all, Sneak seems to have more tastier flavors than Rogue in my opinion, but it really depends on your personal preferences and tastes.
