Still, I am very curious to know what actually makes up 3D Energy.

For example, what makes it taste sweet despite having zero sugar? How come it’s not alcoholic even though there’s a sugar alcohol label?

Well? This article is for you then! Hopefully, this kind of question will have an answer after you read through all of the sections.

Let’s begin with the ingredients and nutrition facts!

Now:

Let’s take a closer look at the notable ingredients of 3D Energy.

L-Carnitine Tartrate

L-Carnitine Tartrate is the most common form of carnitine consumed by bodybuilders and athletes.

It is absorbed by the body faster compared to the regular L-Carnitine which is the reason why it is a common ingredient in sports supplements and energy drinks like 3D Energy.

Although L-Carnitine Tartrate variety is mainly responsible for healing muscle soreness, it also performs vital functions in the body, namely:

  • transporting fatty acids in the mitochondria to convert fats into usable energy
  • helping strengthen the immune system
  • ensuring healthy aging
  • improving brain function
  • improving heart health
  • reducing symptoms of Type 2 Diabetes

Panax Ginseng Extract

Panax Ginseng Extract is derived from plants that commonly grow in East Asia and is widely known to improve memory, brain performance, and treat mental illnesses.

Other health benefits include:

  • improves cognitive function
  • strengthens the immune system
  • helps treat erectile dysfunction
  • reduces fatigue

Guarana Seed Extract

Guarana is known as one of the plants with the highest concentration of caffeine. Guarana seed is said to contain 4 times more caffeine than coffee beans.

Here are the benefits of guarana seed extract:

  • reduces fatigue
  • improves focus
  • promotes weight loss
  • relieves diarrhea and constipation
  • boosts heart health
  • improves skin appearance
  • contains anti-cancer properties
  • contains antibacterial properties

Inositol

Inositol is another supplement that improves concentration and overall cognitive performance.

Inositol has many known health benefits, such as:

  • helps treat panic disorder
  • improves symptoms of depression
  • may help treat bipolar disorder
  • may help treat symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome
  • may prevent diabetes during pregnancy
  • may help respiratory distress syndrome

B Vitamins

3D Energy Drinks are also enriched with four kinds of B-Vitamins which are B3 Niacin, B5 Pantothenic Acid, B6 Pyridoxine, and B12 Cobalamin.

You can refer to the table below to see the amazing benefits of each type of vitamin B.

Types of B-VitaminNameBenefits
B3Niacinpromotes skin health
B5Pantothenic Acidstrengthens the immune system
B6Pyridoxineboosts metabolism
B12Cobalaminaids production of red blood cells and nerve cells
B-Vitamins Found in 3D Energy and their Benefits.

I personally love that 3D contains four types at 140% each.

Some energy drinks contain mostly two kinds of vitamin B at 200%, so I think 3D is really worth your money.

B-Vitamins are water-soluble, so I don’t think you have to worry about over-consumption.

In general, daily consumption of vitamin B may help prevent constipation, diarrhea, loss of appetite, or gas. All of these are signs of vitamin B deficiency, which you can avoid when you meet your daily vitamin B requirement.

3D Energy Calorie Content

A standard 16 fl.oz. can of 3D Energy contains 15 calories, which will not affect your daily calorie intake.

For reference, the recommended calorie intake for women is 2,000 calories per day and 2,500 calories per day for men. As you can see, 3D Energy’s calorie content is way too low to affect your daily caloric intake.

For your viewing pleasure, here’s a data table comparing 3D Energy’s calorie content with other popular energy drink brand.

Game Fuel90 calories per 16 fl. oz.

How Much Caffeine is in 3D Energy Drink?

3D Energy contains 200 mg of caffeine per regular 16 fl. oz. can which is still within the limit based on the FDA guidelines for daily caffeine consumption.

According to the FDA, healthy adults can consume up to 400 mg of caffeine per day which is around four or five cups of coffee.

If you consume above this recommended amount, you’ll risk experiencing the symptoms of caffeine overdose, which is the body’s response to too much caffeine.

To caution you, here are the symptoms of caffeine overdose:

  • trouble breathing
  • vomiting
  • hallucinations
  • confusion
  • chest pain
  • an irregular or fast heartbeat
  • uncontrollable muscle movements
  • convulsions

To avoid this, strictly limit your caffeine intake to one to two cans of 3D Energy Drink per day.

Two cans of 3D Energy will bring your total caffeine consumption to 400 mg, so you can’t drink another can if you wish to stay within the healthy limit.

Also take note that weight, age, and existing health conditions greatly affect how your body handles caffeinated beverages.

So, you better tread lightly in trying energy drinks!

It is important to prepare your body by starting with low caffeinated drinks as you build up your caffeine tolerance.

What is 3D Energy Sweetened With?

Boost your energy with zero-sugar 3D Energy Drink!

3D Energy Drinks are sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium which are both zero-calorie sugar substitutes.

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that is said to be 400 to 700 times sweeter than sugar.

The good thing about this is that despite the sweet taste, it does not affect your blood sugar or insulin levels.

Similarly, sucralose does not contain calories that could cause unwanted weight gain.

Aside from sucralose, another calorie-free sweetener used in 3D Energy is acesulfame potassium, also known as Ace-K.

This is another common ingredient in calorie-free and sugar-free foods and beverages.

Like sucralose, it does not affect blood sugar levels that could lead to diabetes later on.

However, it has a slightly bitter aftertaste, that’s why it’s used in combination with either high fructose corn syrup, table sugar, or sucralose.

In this case, 3D Energy Drink uses sucralose and acesulfame potassium together.

Although artificial sweeteners are associated with various conditions, the FDA does consider them safe for general use.

Does 3D energy drink have creatine?

3D Energy drinks do not contain Creatine. Most of its formulations do not contain creatine. Creatine is a naturally occurring amino acid that is often used as a dietary supplement to enhance athletic performance, particularly in high-intensity activities such as weightlifting and bodybuilding.

If you are looking for a pre-workout supplement that contains creatine, it’s best to look for a product specifically designed for that purpose. These products often contain a combination of ingredients, including creatine, designed to enhance performance and reduce the risk of negative side effects.

Are 3D Energy Drinks Good For You?

Yes and no.

3D Energy can be good for you if you’re in need of a quick boost. On the other hand, it is bad for you if ingested in large amounts.

3D Energy is packed with the right dose of caffeine, B-Vitamins, and supplements which are all good for the body.

In addition, this drink is also sugar-free so it does not pose any major adverse effects concerning high sugar consumption.

The sweeteners used may be a concern but you’ll be fine as long as you limit your intake of food and beverages that contain artificial sweeteners.

The calorie content of 3D Energy is also low and will unlikely lead to unwanted weight gain as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Is 3D energy drink good for pre-workout?

3D Energy drink is good for pre-workout. Caffeine, taurine, and B-vitamins are found in 3D Energy Drink and may provide a short-term increase in energy, attention, and endurance. Caffeine is a stimulant that can help you focus and be more awake during your workout.

3D Energy Drink can provide a temporary boost in energy, focus, and endurance, but it’s important to consider your personal tolerance to caffeine and other ingredients, as well as your workout goals, when deciding whether to use it as a pre-workout drink.

Is 3D energy drink vegan?

3D Energy is vegan. For more context, 3D Energy Drink offers both vegan and non-vegan options for consumption. Some of the flavors offered by 3D Energy are suitable for vegans, as they do not contain any animal-derived ingredients or by-products.

However, it’s essential to check the ingredient list and product labeling to determine if a specific flavor of 3D Energy is vegan. Some energy drinks may contain additives or flavorings that are not vegan-friendly, so it’s always advisable to read the product details and consult with the manufacturer if needed.

Is 3D Energy gluten-free?

Upon inspection of the ingredients, 3D Energy Drink is gluten-free. However, 3D Energy Drink does not specifically advertise itself as gluten-free. The gluten status of 3D Energy may vary depending on the flavors and the ingredients used in each variant.

No negative reactions related to consuming 3D Energy have been reported to date. Therefore, it can be assumed that this drink is safe to include in a gluten-free diet. However, it is prudent to thoroughly examine the manufacturing process and ingredients to confirm whether it is genuinely gluten-free.

Are 3D Energy Drinks Alcoholic?

Absolutely not! 3D Energy drinks does not contain alcohol.

The sugar alcohol mentioned on the ingredient lists is a sugar alternative used to sweeten the beverage.

Erythritol is the type of sugar alcohol used in 3D Energy that also functions as a sweetener in low-calorie and sugar-free products.

It appears to be safe to consume but it can cause digestive issues if used long-term.

The good thing is, it does spike blood sugar and insulin levels which makes it an excellent sugar replacement.

So, there’s really no trace of alcohol in 3D Energy!
