Zipfizz Energy Drink Review (Is It Really Great?)

Zipfizz provides moderately long-lasting energy. It gives me the same power as a cup of coffee, but it also hydrates me better and provides nutrients.

It’s perfect for my workouts!

The grape is delicious, but I’m not a fan of the fruit punch. The orange almost tastes like orange juice, but I prefer the grape. Taste-wise, the flavor is pleasant!

I wish they were a little cheaper, as they’re currently $15 on Amazon, but that’s not a deal-breaker for me because I only have one per day.

I wish they would develop a more environmentally friendly packaging option because we’ve all seen its brightly colored plastic tubes.

Now that I’ve shared my love for Zipfizz, even the name is cute, by the way. Is it healthy?

Can Zipfizz Be Bad For You?

If you are deficient in Vitamin B12, Zipfizz may be an excellent supplement for you. According to the data in the table above, Zipfizz contains 2500mcg B12. Medical professionals recommend this dose to treat Vitamin B12 deficiency.

I also think that it’s so sweet and makes me jitter most of the time. So there you have it. This drink is not for everyone.

You should, however, be aware of how much Caffeine you obtain from other sources during the day.

The high amount of vitamin B12 is more worrying to me, especially since I’m not suffering from Vitamin B12 deficiency. I’m not sure how taking nearly four times the daily dose of B12 that a sick person would take is healthy, but that’s how much B12 you’ll get if you eat three Zipfizz in one day.

The package recommends no more than three per day, but I recommend sticking to just one. Otherwise, this drink might be sour for you.

Does Zipfizz Have Any Side Effects?

According to my personal experience, one of the side effects is the jitter-effect.

Zipfizz, on the other hand, may cause gastrointestinal problems, including vomiting, due to high levels of b12 vitamin.

In addition to being unpleasant, vomiting can dehydrate you and deprive you of nutrients. High vitamin B12 levels and caffeine can cause vomiting.

Vitamin B6 is another ingredient in the Zipfizz liquid shot. This vitamin is not a stimulant and does not generate energy, but it does play a role in the nervous system.

Zipfizz liquid shots contain twice the daily recommended amount of vitamin B6 in each serving.

High doses of vitamin B6 may result in numbness and pain in your limbs. This beverage may make walking difficult.

It can potentially deteriorate your health, but it can prove to be beneficial for you if taken in moderation.

Is It FDA Approved?

Two humans signing a deal

Zipfizz has not been approved or reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration. It is always a good rule of thumb to consume FDA-approved beverages.

But in the case of Zipfizz, you can consult your doctor about Zipfizz and your health.

If you don’t have health issues, you can try and see if there’s any side effect.

Calories In Zipfizz Energy

Each tube has twenty calories, 2 grams of net carbs, and 0 grams of sugar and is a healthier alternative to other high-sugar, high-caffeine energy drinks.

Instead of “sugary and caffeinated beverages,” this is “healthy.” Zipfizz can make a nutritious, refreshing performance drink from water using Zipfizz tubs.

Caffeine In Zipfizz Energy

Caffeine

The caffeine in this drink comes from green tea and guarana, which together account for 100 mg.

The level of consumption in a Grande Starbucks drip coffee (330 mg) or two Excedrin pills is less than one-third the amount of caffeine in a Grande Starbucks drip coffee (330 mg) or two Excedrin pills, respectively (130 mg).

Does Zipfizz Energy Contain Sugar?

Table sugar
The lesser the sugar, the better the health

Zipfizz is a sugar-free beverage.

This product does not include any added sugars. Artificial sweeteners, on the other hand, are used in this recipe.

However, most of the population believes that natural sweeteners are less nutritious than artificial sweeteners, based on their perception of their nutritional value.

On the contrary, the majority of artificial sweeteners have a variety of health advantages.

Artificial Sweetener In Zipfizz Energy

Zipfizz contains artificial sweeteners Xylitol and Sucralose, which are both sugar substitutes.

Xylitol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol found in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. It has the same flavor as conventional sugar but contains fewer calories.

There is no need to be concerned about adverse effects because they have been cleared for consumption by the FDA.

However, Sucralose is a zero-calorie artificial sweetener that can be used in place of sugar. It is a chemically manufactured product that is suitable for vegans.

Having a medical condition like diabetes will not harm you from drinking Zipfizz Energy Drink. However, to avoid any medical dangers, you must drink carefully and in moderation.

What Are The Benefits Of Zipfizz?

Although we’re facing the weight of whether Zipfizz is good or bad for your health, there are still benefits against all the odds of what I’ve shared earlier:

  • Zipfizz may make you feel more active.
  • The drink contains vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
  • Zipfizz contains no sugar.
  • There are fifteen different delectable flavors to choose from.
  • It has the potential to boost the immune system.

This product contains several key ingredients that have various benefits, such as it help to boost energy levels and restoring health and well-being.

The primary active ingredients are as follows:

Zipfizz Botanical Antioxidant Blend

Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine stimulates your central nervous system, providing you with an energy boost. It may help to boost metabolism and cause the body to start burning fat.

An anhydrous substance is free of both water and caffeine.

The caffeine that has been processed and dehydrated is known as anhydrous. Caffeine supplements give many people a sensation of alertness and energy.

Studies claim that caffeine may aid in the maintenance of weight loss, but more research is needed.

Grape Seed Extract

The grape seed extract is from red grape seeds. There’s some evidence that it can help circulation and may help with a variety of cardiovascular conditions.

It contains a lot of antioxidants, which help protect cells from damage. According to a study, grape seed extract may help lower blood cholesterol levels.

However, here’s the list of the benefits of Grape Seed Extract:

  • Dental decay treatment
  • Protecting against pathogens
  • Night vision improvement
  • Alzheimer’s disease – a type of a dementia
  • Improving blood sugar control and curing diabetic retinopathy
  • Symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency are alleviated
  • Characteristics that are anti-aging (protecting collagen and elastin)
  • Reduces edema
  • Relieves symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency
  • Reduces iron levels in people with hemochromatosis
  • Reduces inflammation

Alpha-Lipoic Acid

Science claims that Alpha Lipoic Acid is an effective weight loss supplement.

Taking it can result in significant short-term weight loss. It’s a potent antioxidant that helps to boost the immune system.

Does Zipfizz Energy Actually Work?

Definitely!

Zipfizz Orange

Zipfizz works in a way that supports your immune system, gives your body a boost of vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids.

Zipfizz’s advanced caffeine formula contains vitamins, lower carbohydrates, fantastic taste, and special packaging!

Simply put, it’s impressive because it’s good for you!

You can use Zipfizz as a pick-me-up in the morning or afternoon, or you can use it to supplement your training by taking it before, during, or after a strenuous workout.

As Zipfizz contains no sugar, you will feel energized for up to 4 – 6 hours without the sugar crash.

How Many Zipfizz Energy Drinks Can You Have In A Day?

If you do decide to use Zipfizz regularly, try to limit yourself to no more than 2 or 3 tubes per day.

As a result, if Zipfizz is consumed in moderation, it is not harmful to health.

When it comes to energy drinks, moderation is the key to avoiding health risks.

Is Zipfizz Energy Bad For You?

As a result of the high caffeine and calorie content of Zipfizz, it is both safe and healthy to consume.

However, just as with any other caffeinated beverage, moderation is key. Caffeine dependence can develop if you consume too many energy drinks.

One of Zipfizz’s many health benefits is that it’s a healthy energy drink. You won’t have any issues with your regular diet if you occasionally consume Zipfizz.

Is Zipfizz Good For Hangover?

Zipfizz is a convenient way to get vitamins and energy, but it is not the best hangover remedy. It’s high in vitamin B12, but it’s also high in antioxidants and other essential vitamins.

The powder is simple to use because it is mixed with water and consumed. Zipfizz made me feel more energized and clear-headed, but it didn’t alleviate my hangover symptoms significantly.

I don’t think you can drink any caffeinated drinks when you’re drunk because it will dehydrate you more—mixing alcohol and Caffeine? Don’t even try it.

However, here’s a nice treat to help you with your hangover problems:

  1. Avoid dehydration by drinking dater
  2. Replace electrolytes with other fluids
  3. Consume nutrient-dense foods both before and after drinking.
  4. Ginger can help with nausea.
  5. Chamomile for anxiety relief (or hangxiety)
  6. Vitamin B restores energy, and vitamin C protects immunity
  7. Stay away from medications that can have harmful side effects when combined with alcohol.
  8. Restore circadian rhythm by returning to bed

Final Review

I would give this an 8/10 rating. The contents are very high and it’s somehow a good and a bad thing depending on a person who’s going to drink it.

Still, it’s something I’m not confident to recommend to everyone at a hundred percent.

Don’t get confused. I love it because of the flavors that don’t taste like it’s too artificial. But learning the amount of the vitamins, I’d say drink it with caution.

Book an appointment with your doctor, have a check-up for your health, and ask if Zipfizz is good for your body. Do that in every energy drink that is not yet FDA approved.
