Caffeine Content Of XS Energy

An 8.4 fl. oz of XS Energy has 80mg of caffeine.

That’s not a lot of caffeine if we compare it to other energy drinks like G Fuel.

80mg is equal to a small cup of coffee, so I personally think people with low caffeine tolerance can handle this amount of caffeine.

However, if you have high caffeine tolerance then you might need more caffeine to get the desired result.

For your reference, the daily caffeine intake of an adult shouldn’t be more than 400mg as recommended by the FDA.

Caffeine can be beneficial for you if you consume it in a limited amount, so be sure you drink responsibly.

Caffeine can have the following advantages:

  • Reduce Fatigue
  • Boosted Energy
  • Increased Focus
  • Improved Physical Performance
  • Improved Decision Making

However, it’s important to have a moderate amount of caffeine. Otherwise, it can have harmful effects on your health:

  • Anxiety
  • Dehydration
  • Insomnia
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Rapid heart rate
  • Dependency

Sugar Content In XS Energy

XS Energy is a sugar-free energy drink.

The AHA suggests that women shouldn’t have more than 25g of sugar (6 teaspoons) in a day and men shouldn’t have more than 36g of sugar (9 teaspoons) in a day.

XS has no added sugar which makes it suitable if you have diabetes

Since XS also is a sugar-free drink, you won’t have to experience any sugar crashes after consumption.

Consuming less sugar in your diet can also have a positive impact on your health:

  • Higher Energy Levels
  • Stronger Immune System
  • Better Sleep
  • Improved Gut Health
  • Weight Loss

A single 8.4 fl. oz can of XS Energy has only 10 calories.

For reference, the daily recommended calorie intake for a woman is 2000 calories and for a man is 2500. This can change depending on your age and weight.

XS Energy is a low-calorie drink which means it won’t have any big impact on your daily calorie intake. It also won’t ruin your diet if you are following one.

Panax Ginseng Root Extract

XS Energy has Panax Ginseng Root Extract which is a plant that grows in Korea, China, and Siberia.

It’s considered an adaptogen, which is a natural substance that is believed to stimulate the body’s resistance to stressors.

Panax Ginseng Root Extract has the following benefits:

  • Reduced Inflamation

  • Fights Against Tiredness

Panax Ginseng Root Extract is added in energy drinks because it helps in increasing energy levels. It can also lower blood sugar levels.

Is XS Energy Good For You?

XS Energy is good for your health only if you consume it in moderation.

XS Energy contains ingredients like vitamins that can be beneficial for you.

It’s also a low-calorie drink which means it won’t make a significant change in your daily calorie intake. Moreover, since it’s a sugar-free drink, drinking it occasionally won’t increase your weight as well.

However, you can only experience these benefits when you consume XS Energy once in a while.

Is XS Energy Bad For You?

XS Energy isn’t bad for your health if you consume responsibly.

XS Energy has a reasonable amount of caffeine so having it once in a while won’t be harmful to you.

However, excessive consumption of XS Energy can cause caffeine overdose which can be dangerous for you.

XS Energy has a high amount of vitamin B12, and excessive intake of vitamin B12 can have a negative impact on your health.

  • Dizziness
  • Insomia
  • Liver Failure

It’s better to keep an eye on your energy drink intake to avoid any of the harmful effects.

Side Effects Of XS Energy

XS Energy doesn’t have any major side effects if you consume within the limit.

However, you might experience some side effects if you’re sensitive to caffeine:

  • Racing Heartbeat
  • Headache
  • Jitters
  • Nervousness
  • Restlessness
  • Insomnia

Despite being a sugar-free drink, you shouldn’t have an excessive amount of XS Energy since it has artificial sweeteners which can be harmful if consumed for a long period of time.

Can You Have XS Energy Everyday?

You can have XS Energy every day.

XS Energy is a low-calorie and sugar-free energy drink, so consuming it every day won’t cause weight gain and increase your blood sugar levels.

However, drinking it every day can make you addicted to caffeine.

To begin with XS Energy, I recommend drinking half of a can and paying attention to how your body reacts to the quantity of caffeine in the product before moving on.

I would advise you to have XS Energy once in a while to get the best out of it. Still, if you want to have it every day then stick to only one serving only.

How Much XS Energy Can You Have In A Day?

It’s better to have only one can of XS Energy in a day.

Though XS Energy has a low amount of caffeine, still having multiple can put your health at risk.

The caffeine content of XS Energy is way below than recommended amount of caffeine intake which is 400mg. However, having multiple cans in a day can be dangerous for you.

Drinking 2 or more cans, which is 160mg or more caffeine, can be dangerous for you since there are other contents in XS that can cause unhealthy consumption.

Unless you have high caffeine metabolism, avoid having more than one can a day.

Does XS Energy Work?

From my personal experience, I can say that XS Energy does work.

XS Energy did boost my energy and after drinking it I was able to focus better on my task. However, it does take a few minutes to start showing the result.

After an hour I did notice that I am more energetic and my mind is functioning better. But after a few hours, the effects of XS Energy started to decrease.

Also there I didn’t experience any sugar crashes after drinking XS Energy which is a plus point since many energy drinks like Irn-Bru may result in this.

What Does XS Energy Taste Like?

XS Energy generally tastes fruity.

I tried Tropical Blast flavor and it had a sweet fruity taste at first. It wasn’t too sweet, in fact, it was quite sour.

It also wasn’t too fizzy like other energy drinks so it was easy for me to drink. However, it does have a weird artificial after taste which I didn’t like.

You may like the other flavors of XS Energy, so feel free to experiment.
