Caffeine Content Differences

Caffeine in white cup
Caffeine helps to energize you.

A pack of Sneak Energy contains 150mg of caffeine, while X-Gamer has 200mg of caffeine.

With 150mg of caffeine, Sneak Energy can give you a pretty good boost of energy. Drinking Sneak before workouts can help you perform better.

On the other hand, X-Gamer Energy contains 200mg of caffeine, slightly more than Sneak. With X-Gamer’s effective focus energy formula, you can expect a much higher focus and energy during playing games after consuming it.

Both brands have a pretty moderate caffeine content, which is great if you aren’t particularly into highly caffeinated energy drinks.

According to the FDA, your daily maximum caffeine limit shouldn’t be more than 400 mg. If you consume close or more to the threshold limit, you may experience symptoms like:

  • Restlessness
  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Increase in body temperature
  • Dehydration
  • Headache
  • Heart palpitations

If you’re looking for a quick reference, X-Gamer is likely one cup of coffee more than Sneak.

Sugar Content Differences

Sneak Energy and X-Gamer are both sugar-free.

The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends that people should consume no more than;

  • (36 grams or 9 teaspoons 150 calories for men)
  • (25 grams or 6 teaspoons or 100 calories for women)

Both Sneak Energy and X-Gamer use sucralose as a sugar substitute in their energy drink. It’s a non-nutritive substitute used in food and beverages for their taste, 600 times sweeter than sugar.

Sneak Energy also uses Acesulfame Potassium as a sugar substitute. Here, it’s used in combination with sucralose to soften the bitter aftertaste.

Ace-K, as it’s popularly known, is a zero-calorie sweetener 200 times sweeter than ordinary sugar.

That said, be mindful of consuming either of the energy drinks in excess amount. There might be negative consequences if you have them for a long time. Moderation is always the key.

Calories Between Sneak And X-Gamer

Sneak Energy has only 12 calories, while X-Gamer has 129 calories.

For reference, your daily calorie intake should be around 2000 calories if you’re a woman and 2500 calories if you’re a man. This also depends on factors like gender, genetics, age, lifestyle, and metabolism.

Sneak energy has around 0.6% of the daily recommended calorie intake. Hence, it won’t much add extra calories to your diet for sure.

On the other hand, X-Gamer has around 6.45% of the daily recommended value, leading to weight gain in the long run.

Based on the above table, Sneak Energy is relatively healthier than X-Gamer according to the typical values.

As discussed earlier and seen on the table, Sneak is looking to be a bit healthier with fewer calories and sugar.

However, it’s also fair to say the sugar difference is rather marginal and their difference in calories comes with the other great ingredients in X-Gamer to pack its energy.

If you’re looking for something to keep you energized within a specified calorie count, then your best bet would be Sneak Energy. Moreover, Sneak Energy has L-theanine, which helps in reducing stress, anxiety, and blood pressure.

However, if you’re looking for an energy drink that would power you through your rigorous activities from beginning to end, then you have better chances of accomplishing that with X-Gamer.

Given this information, Sneak is the healthier candidate, but it doesn’t necessarily make it the better one.
