Caffeine in Rip It Energy Drink

Caffeine
Caffeine is great for a morning energy boost but it needs to be consumed in moderation

Rip It comes in a 16 fl. oz bottle, an 8 fl. oz bottle, and shot bottles.

Rip in a bottle that holds 16 fluid ounces. They all include caffeine, with the eight-ounce bottle having 80mg and the shot bottles each containing a whopping 100mg.

The 16 fl. oz version has 60mg more caffeine than the shot bottle version, making it the most popular.

The 160mg of caffeine should be OK for those with a strong tolerance for caffeine. Those who are sensitive to caffeine, on the other hand, may feel a little jittery.

If you’re in a hurry, the shot bottles are definitely your best bet for an energy boost. On the other hand, Rip It is best experienced in the regular cans.

Rip It contains 160mg of caffeine, which is a lot, so don’t drink too many cans in a single day.

Even taking into account the FDA’s daily recommended maximum of 400mg of caffeine intake.

Sugar in Rip It Energy Drink

Table sugar
The lesser the sugar, the better the health

Rip is a 16 fl. oz can. It contains 26g of sugar.

For starters, it doesn’t appear to be a big deal. The problem is that if you take a closer look, there is a lot of sugar.

According to a study, adult girls and males should consume no more than 24g and 36g of added sugar per day, respectively.

Rip It has more than a woman consumes in a day’s worth of sugar in terms of sugar content.

I’m not a big lover of sugar in any form. Our bodies can’t handle too much additional sugar.

It can lead to health issues such as:

  • Diabetes
  • Inflammation
  • Weight gain
  • Spike in blood pressure
  • Stomach

How Many Calories Are in Rip It Energy Drink?

Rip It’s a 16 oz can that has 100 calories in it. The manufacturer, on the other hand, asserts that the shot bottles are entirely calorie-free.

Only two ounces can fit in the shot bottles. Ideally, it should be calorie-free.

I wouldn’t consider 100 calories to be groundbreaking in terms of typical cans. A calorie intake of 2,5002,000 per day is recommended for both men and women.

Because of characteristics including physical activity, metabolism, and gender, it’s essential to keep in mind that the number of calories you consume can differ from person to person.

It doesn’t matter how much food you consume; Rip has just 100 calories in it. It’s not insane or excessive.
