How Many Serving Of Live+ Energy Can You Drink In A Day?

A 355ml bottle of Live+
Live+ comes in 500ml, 250ml, and 355ml servings.

You can drink one serving of Live+ in a day.

Since there’s a moderate amount of caffeine in Live+, the only thing that you must pay attention to is the sugar content.

It would help if you only consume one serving of Live+ a day. Drinking more than a serving can result in different side effects due to sugar and caffeine content.

It would be best if you had a strict limitation of your Live+ consumption to make it beneficial and won’t cause you any harm.

What Happens When You Drink Live+ Energy?

If taken in an adequate amount, Live+ can give you the boost of strength for strenuous activities.

Caffeine and sugar might be beneficial for an active lifestyle though, they might not be for others.

The amount of caffeine is enough for an enhanced focus. However, if consumed more than a serving, you’ll take 214mg of caffeine.

Though it’s still covered by the limit, it might be a lot to take for caffeine-sensitive persons.

As for me, it’s an ample amount that might lead to insomnia. Certain effects such as palpitations and restlessness would also take effect if not consumed appropriately.

On the other hand, as we have analyzed a while ago, the amount of sugar in Live+ is quite alarming for some, that might cause:

  • fatty organs
  • dehydration
  • weight gain
  • heart disease
  • diabetes

Always be responsible and careful when drinking energy shots with a high amount of nutrients like caffeine and sugar to avoid such risks.

Consult your health care provider first if necessary.

Does Live+ Energy Work?

Live+ Energy works competently in providing you with an energy boost to perform and accomplish your day-to-day activities.

Caffeine is the main ingredient of Live+ that will keep you energized, awake, and alert. As a stimulant, when caffeine reaches your brain, it’ll cause alertness, and you’ll feel more awake and refreshed.

Drinking Live+ in moderation will also provide you with several benefits, including:

  • improved mood
  • enhanced brain function
  • boosted metabolism
  • enhanced exercise performance
  • reduced fatigue
  • keep you alert

Is 200 mg of caffeine a lot?

The perception of whether 200 mg of caffeine is a lot can vary depending on the individual. For some people, it may be considered a moderate amount that provides a decent energy boost.

However, it’s important to be mindful of your personal caffeine sensitivity and tolerance. While 200 mg is generally considered a moderate dose, consuming it in excess or combining it with other caffeinated products could lead to unwanted effects.

How long will 200mg of caffeine last me?

The effects of 200mg of caffeine can last for varying durations. On average, the half-life of caffeine ranges from three to seven hours. This means that after consuming 200mg of caffeine, approximately five hours later, you would still have around 100mg remaining in your system.

After approximately 10 hours, a quarter of the caffeine would remain, and it can take up to 12 hours for caffeine to fully metabolize and leave your system. It’s important to be aware of these timeframes and consider them when managing your caffeine intake throughout the day.

What Does Live+ Energy Taste Like?

I’ve got a chance to have a taste of two flavours of Live+ original citrus and tart apple.

The original citrus tastes sweet but not overpowering. It has a citrusy tangy taste. While the tart apple tastes sour and more on the sour note than Mother Energy Epic swells flavor.

All in all, I like the citrusy and sour taste of both Live+ Energy.

Live+ Energy Flavors

Here’s the list of Live+ Energy varieties you might want to try

  • LIVE+ Persist
  • LIVE+ Ascend
  • LIVE+ Ignite

There’s another variety which is the LIVE+ Extra Strength under the same energy drink brand however, it was discontinued.

Live+ Energy Review

7 out of 10.

It’s 7 out of 10 for me, whether it’s the original citrus or the tart apple flavor. It has a refreshing citrusy and sour taste with sweetness.

Effectiveness-wise, it’ll give you positive energy that can fuel your everyday needs. It’ll keep you focused and alert that will result in your efficiency throughout your activity.

But be watchful of the sugar content, which is beyond the limit of your daily intake. However, if you want to enjoy drinking it without any worries, you can switch to the sugar-free version of Live+.

I actually like how they came up with three different serving sizes, such as 250ml, 355ml, and 500ml. It’s a great way to custom-fit your energy boost needs and caffeine tolerance.

However, when it comes to flavour options, it only has three choices in which you only have limited choices, unlike other energy drinks that have five up to 10 flavour choices.

Alternatives To Live+ Energy

If you want to try an energy drink with many flavours, you can try the energy drinks below.

The Bottomline

Live+ Energy is a promising energy drink that will provide you with an adequate energy boost, and will improve your mental alertness that’s suitable in every activity in your daily life.

It has a moderate 107mg of caffeine in a 355ml serving which is a fair amount that can give you the right kick. The herbal extracts are also plus points, and the B Vitamins will surely boost your overall health and wellness.

I also love the serving sizes that you can choose. You can pick the one that will fit your energy needs in a given task in a day.

However, the whopping 41.9g of sugar actually bothers. It’s most likely to overconsume sugar. But on the brighter side of Live+, you can switch to the sugar-free version if you’re conscious about your sugar intake.

At the end of the day, still, moderation is the key to a healthier and beneficial consumption of Live+ or any energy drinks.
