Ghost Gamer Energy Drink Review (Important Info)

Ghost Gamer Powder

Ghost Gamer Energy Drink has the perfect combo for boosting your brain and energy levels. In a two-scoop serving of this powdered drink, it has 150mg of caffeine and an artificial sweetener. The drink is also sugar-free and gluten-free.

Despite that, it’s a decent energy drink because it’s packed with a lot of nutrients, and the amount of caffeine is enough for you to get an energy boost.

How Much Caffeine is in Ghost Gamer?

In two scoops (10g) of Ghost Gamer Energy drink, you can get a total of 150mg of caffeine.

The serving is a relatively safe amount to consume when compared to the FDA‘s guidelines of 400mg caffeine daily for a healthy adult since 400mg would take 5-6 scoops of Ghost Gamer.

You don’t need to add extra scoops since the recommended two scoops of powder are enough to boost your energy. This amount of caffeine is equivalent to a cup of coffee, and in my opinion, it’s enough to get you through a heavy workload.

Keep in mind that your caffeine sensitivity still differs from others. Before consuming any caffeine, make sure to take note of your consumption and consult your doctors even if you’re fit to drink any caffeine-induced drinks.

Caffeine can bring benefits to your health, and these will likely occur when you consume the right amount:

  • Lowered Risks of Heart Failure
  • Decreased Risks of Parkinson’s Disease
  • Decreased Risks of Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Liver Protection
  • Lowered Risks of Colon Cancer
  • Lowered Risks of Stroke

If you excessively consume caffeine, alongside that, harmful effects will occur to your health such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Digestive Issues
  • Muscle Breakdown
  • Addiction
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Fast Heart Rate
  • Fatigue
  • Frequent Urination

If you’re thinking about drinking more than the recommended amount, I suggest you think about it twice before doing so. To get the best results, only consume what’s needed.

The source of Caffeine in Ghost Gamer is Coffee Beans.

How Much Sugar is in Ghost Gamer?

Every two scoops of Ghost Gamer contains less than 0.5g of sugar.

Though it’s a low amount, I wouldn’t really consider it sugar-free because the whole tub contains 16.8g of the ingredient, despite being advertised as sugar-free. On top of this, it also has an artificial sweetener known as ‘Sucralose’, which will be further discussed later on.

In my opinion, this amount of sugar is already good enough given that it contains artificial sweeteners.

As per recommendation by the American Heart Association (AHA), if you’re a woman, you can only consume 24g of sugar in a day. If you’re a man, no more than 36g of sugar is enough for you to consume within 24 hours.

Even though it’s a relatively tiny amount of sugar in a huge tub, let’s discuss how sugar can affect your body both positively and negatively.

Sugar can have great effects when consumed in a safe amount:

  • Energy Boost
  • Stored Energy
  • Instant Mood Boost
  • Improved Reasoning Skills
  • Added Nutrients

On the other hand, sugar can be dangerous to your health when you overconsume:

  • Higher Risks of Heart Disease
  • Higher Cholesterol Levels
  • Risks of Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Addiction
The sugar content in a whole tub of Ghost Gamer is 16.8g.

Sucralose (Sweetener)

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that’s chemically changed to be 600 times sweeter than regular sugar. This is the reason why the energy drink still stays sweet despite the low sugar content.

Apart from this, there are little to no calories included, which makes it a good addition to the drink.

As mentioned earlier, Sucralose is included in Ghost Energy. However, the powdered drink doesn’t mention the amount so consider this fat before drinking.

Too much Sucralose may still cause some damage to your health, and this includes:

  • Higher Blood Sugar
  • Higher Insulin Levels
  • Damaged Gut Bacterial Environment

There’s a good side to having Sucralose than regular sugar and these are not limited to:

  • Controlled Caloric Intake
  • Advantageous for Diabetics
  • No Risks of Tooth Decay

Are the Ingredients in Ghost Gamer Gluten-Free?

Some of these ingredients are not guaranteed to be gluten-free, so, it’s better to make sure and ask the manufacturer if the product itself is gluten-free.

If you’re not familiar with what a gluten-free product is, the ingredient must not have any trace of gluten, usually from ingredients like wheat. barley, and rye. The manufacturing site should also be gluten-free to avoid any contamination.

What Does Ghost Gamer Energy Taste Like?

I’ve personally tried out the Peach flavor of Ghost Gamer Energy. The peach doesn’t taste like candy unlike other energy drinks, but more like a natural refreshing real peach juice.

The sweetness of the drink isn’t too sweet to the point that it’ll bug you. Aftertaste-wise, you’ll however get a hint of sourness, but not enough to make you cringe since it’s very subtle.

Another flavor I enjoyed was one of the Sour Patch Kids flavors, Blue Raspberry. To get straight to the point, it definitely tastes similar to the blue sour patch kids. It’s a bit sour with a sweet aftertaste as well which is perfect for people with a sweet tooth.

Overall, both flavors are very light to drink and it isn’t very overwhelming to consume. It’s just in the right balance, which adds up to why this drink was good.
