Ghost Gamer Energy Drink has the perfect combo for boosting your brain and energy levels. In a two-scoop serving of this powdered drink, it has 150mg of caffeine and an artificial sweetener. The drink is also sugar-free and gluten-free.
However, through further investigation, some of these claims may not be true. For instance, the whole tub has 17g of sugar, while some of the ingredients in the drink might not be gluten-free at all.
Despite that, it’s a decent energy drink because it’s packed with a lot of nutrients, and the amount of caffeine is enough for you to get an energy boost.
In this article, I’ll be reviewing Ghost Gamer Energy and layout important facts you need to know about the said energy drink.

How Much Caffeine is in Ghost Gamer?
In two scoops (10g) of Ghost Gamer Energy drink, you can get a total of 150mg of caffeine.
The serving is a relatively safe amount to consume when compared to the FDA‘s guidelines of 400mg caffeine daily for a healthy adult since 400mg would take 5-6 scoops of Ghost Gamer.
You don’t need to add extra scoops since the recommended two scoops of powder are enough to boost your energy. This amount of caffeine is equivalent to a cup of coffee, and in my opinion, it’s enough to get you through a heavy workload.
Keep in mind that your caffeine sensitivity still differs from others. Before consuming any caffeine, make sure to take note of your consumption and consult your doctors even if you’re fit to drink any caffeine-induced drinks.
Caffeine can bring benefits to your health, and these will likely occur when you consume the right amount:
- Lowered Risks of Heart Failure
- Decreased Risks of Parkinson’s Disease
- Decreased Risks of Alzheimer’s Disease
- Liver Protection
- Lowered Risks of Colon Cancer
- Lowered Risks of Stroke
If you excessively consume caffeine, alongside that, harmful effects will occur to your health such as:
- Digestive Issues
- Muscle Breakdown
- High Blood Pressure
- Fast Heart Rate
- Frequent Urination
If you’re thinking about drinking more than the recommended amount, I suggest you think about it twice before doing so. To get the best results, only consume what’s needed.
How Much Sugar is in Ghost Gamer?
Every two scoops of Ghost Gamer contains less than 0.5g of sugar.
Though it’s a low amount, I wouldn’t really consider it sugar-free because the whole tub contains 16.8g of the ingredient, despite being advertised as sugar-free. On top of this, it also has an artificial sweetener known as ‘Sucralose’, which will be further discussed later on.
In my opinion, this amount of sugar is already good enough given that it contains artificial sweeteners.
As per recommendation by the American Heart Association (AHA), if you’re a woman, you can only consume 24g of sugar in a day. If you’re a man, no more than 36g of sugar is enough for you to consume within 24 hours.
Even though it’s a relatively tiny amount of sugar in a huge tub, let’s discuss how sugar can affect your body both positively and negatively.
Sugar can have great effects when consumed in a safe amount:
- Energy Boost
- Stored Energy
- Instant Mood Boost
- Improved Reasoning Skills
- Added Nutrients
- Higher Risks of Heart Disease
- Higher Cholesterol Levels
- Risks of Alzheimer’s Disease

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that’s chemically changed to be 600 times sweeter than regular sugar. This is the reason why the energy drink still stays sweet despite the low sugar content.
Apart from this, there are little to no calories included, which makes it a good addition to the drink.
As mentioned earlier, Sucralose is included in Ghost Energy. However, the powdered drink doesn’t mention the amount so consider this fat before drinking.
Too much Sucralose may still cause some damage to your health, and this includes:
- Higher Blood Sugar
- Higher Insulin Levels
- Damaged Gut Bacterial Environment
There’s a good side to having Sucralose than regular sugar and these are not limited to:
- Controlled Caloric Intake
- Advantageous for Diabetics
- No Risks of Tooth Decay
Is Ghost Gamer Gluten-Free?
Ghost Gamer Energy Drink is advertised as a gluten-free drink. However, to be sure, I’ve made a table to help you understand whether or not the included ingredients in the drink is gluten-free
|Ingredients||Is It Gluten-Free?|
|nooLVL (Inositol-Enhanced Bonded Arginine Silicate)||Yes|
|Natural and Artificial Flavor||Most Likely|
|Citric Acid (Acid)||Yes|
|Malic Acid (Acid)||Yes|
|Coconut (Cocos nucifera) Water Powder (Tree Nuts (Coconut))||Yes|
|Silicon Dioxide (Anti-caking agent)||Yes|
|Calcium Silicate (Anti-caking agent)||Yes|
|Tartaric Acid (Acid)||Yes|
|Natural Caffeine (from Coffee Bean)||Yes|

|AstraGin (Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng) Root Extracts||Most Likely|
|Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6)||Yes|

Some of these ingredients are not guaranteed to be gluten-free, so, it’s better to make sure and ask the manufacturer if the product itself is gluten-free.
If you’re not familiar with what a gluten-free product is, the ingredient must not have any trace of gluten, usually from ingredients like wheat. barley, and rye. The manufacturing site should also be gluten-free to avoid any contamination.
To learn more about why gluten is a huge deal, I recommend watching this video:
What Happens When You Drink Ghost Gamer Energy Drink?
Ghost Gamer gives you better focus and higher energy according to their official website.
Ghost Gamer helps you get through a heavy workload because of the different nutrients and caffeine content.
To add up, this is adjustable since you can add more or lessen the amount of powder you put in your drink. However, I don’t advise you to do so.
Apart from that, the drink also aids your focus to get your work done easier.
Expect this drink to take effect for at least 3 hours, however, please be cautious of any possible crash especially if you plan on adding more than two scoops.
Does Ghost Gamer Energy Drink Really Work?
Ghost Gamer Energy really works and the claims are true.
Personally, after consuming the recommended 2 scoops of Ghost Gamer, I really felt an energy boost and I was able to focus more on my workflow.
I was able to work constantly for around 4 hours and it really helped me a lot despite the drink having 150mg of caffeine.
With that, I can say that Ghost Gamer works as long as you have self-control on your caffeine intake.
Is Ghost Gamer Bad For You?
Ghost Gamer isn’t bad for you as long as you know your limits when drinking.
The caffeinated beverage works best in moderation and if you’re aware of caffeine sensitivity. Therefore, if you’re someone who can’t handle 150mg per 2 scoops, you should consider the different factors mentioned in the article first.
One of the best parts of Ghost Gamer is that you can adjust how many scoops you can add since it’s a powdered drink. Because of that, you can calculate how much you can consume in a day.
Can You Drink Ghost Gamer Every Day?
Since the caffeine in this energy drink is on average, you can drink it every day in moderation.
Ghost Gamer, in a two-scoop serving, already has 150mg of caffeine, which can get you through high intense activities.
Since the maximum amount you can consume is 400mg, four scoops of the powdered energy drink is the safe amount you can drink in a day.
If you drink more than the recommended amount, the side effects listed earlier may persist, which we don’t want to happen especially when you’re only trying to get energized.
What Does Ghost Gamer Energy Taste Like?
I’ve personally tried out the Peach flavor of Ghost Gamer Energy. The peach doesn’t taste like candy unlike other energy drinks, but more like a natural refreshing real peach juice.
The sweetness of the drink isn’t too sweet to the point that it’ll bug you. Aftertaste-wise, you’ll however get a hint of sourness, but not enough to make you cringe since it’s very subtle.
Another flavor I enjoyed was one of the Sour Patch Kids flavors, Blue Raspberry. To get straight to the point, it definitely tastes similar to the blue sour patch kids. It’s a bit sour with a sweet aftertaste as well which is perfect for people with a sweet tooth.
Overall, both flavors are very light to drink and it isn’t very overwhelming to consume. It’s just in the right balance, which adds up to why this drink was good.
Ghost Gamer Energy Drink Flavors
On the other hand, if you want to try out Ghost Gamer Energy Drink for yourself, then there are seven flavors you can choose from:

However, for online shops, you can buy the said energy drink on the following websites:

Alternatives to Ghost Gamer Energy Drink
Since our caffeine sensitivities may differ, you might be looking for an energy drink that has lower caffeine content. If you’re looking for something with milder caffeine, I suggest trying these out:
Overall, Ghost Energy offers the right caffeine and sugar content to help you get through an intense workload. With that, I’ll give it a 6/10.
If you’re someone not conscious about the gluten and sugar content, this drink wouldn’t be a problem. However, if you’re trying to get into a sugar-free or gluten-free diet, transparency may be an issue for you since the product claims to be both sugar and gluten-free.
To make sure of things, I suggest you call the manufacturers. For all we know, they must be aware of this as well.
Looking past that, the drink offers a number of nutrients from each serving and the caffeine content is the right amount. With that being said, in moderate consumption, Ghost Gamer energy would definitely have a good effect on your health.
Now that we’ve laid out all the important information you need to know about Ghost Gamer Energy Drink, by all means, grab a serving of the beverage and enjoy it in moderation!
