In a nutshell, the Lit energy drink is a good product to be consumed as a pre-workout drink. It gives you the required energy boost to go through your hard workouts.
Overall I will rate the Lit energy drink as 7 out of 10.
It’s quite an effective drink based on its high caffeine along with zero sugar content. The fact that it’s only provides 20 calories is also a plus point.
But the lack of important vitamins leaves room for improvement. Moreover, a lot of people are not comfortable with the itching caused due to the presence of beta-alanine.
Its high caffeine content makes it an ideal drink for people with very active lifestyles.
It’s not suitable for people with low caffeine tolerance, so give it a try if you can handle two to three cups of coffee easily in a day. Otherwise, you can always opt for any other option suitable to your needs.
