In my opinion, an energy drink with 100 mg of caffeine is enough for you if you don’t have a very active lifestyle. However, it also depends on your caffeine tolerance.

Lit Energy drink has zero sugar content.
Its sweet taste is due to the presence of artificial sweeteners, so you can consider it as a healthy choice among a plethora of energy drinks available in the market.

However, I personally think Lit Energy contains a lot of caffeine if you compare it to drinks like Emerge.

The amount of energy you get are amplified for the situations when you are quite tired. It provides you with just the right amount of active nutrients requires to get through your workout.

Lit Energy does in fact work.
Lit may not contain the other common ingredients found in energy drinks, such as taurine and B-vitamins, but that does not diminish its ability to provide an energy boost.
We can attribute this to the caffeine content of 250mg in the product.
If you want to get the most out of Lit Energy, I suggest taking one serving every day to avoid any negative effects.
When I drankLit Energy for the first time, I felt the effects in around 10 to 14 minutes. For the next 2-3 hours, I felt more energized after roughly 30-40 minutes.

I’ve only tried two flavors of the LIT energy drink so far, and both flavors I’ve tried are good.
One of them is Blue Raspberry. It tastes sour and refreshing, and it doesn’t have any weird sugar after taste.
Another one of the flavors that I’ve tried is the Gummy Worm flavor. Although it does not taste like the actual gummy worm, it’s still quite good.
My preferences and tastes are not similar to yours, so be sure to try the other available flavors of Lit Energy.

It’s quite an effective drink based on its high caffeine along with zero sugar content. The fact that it’s only provides 20 calories is also a plus point.
But the lack of important vitamins leaves room for improvement. Moreover, a lot of people are not comfortable with the itching caused due to the presence of beta-alanine.
Its high caffeine content makes it an ideal drink for people with very active lifestyles.
It’s not suitable for people with low caffeine tolerance, so give it a try if you can handle two to three cups of coffee easily in a day. Otherwise, you can always opt for any other option suitable to your needs.
