How Many Calories Does Bing Energy Drink Have?

Bing Energy drink contains 40 calories.

When it comes to the sugar level, 40 calories isn’t really that much, especially if you’re on a restricted-calorie diet. To give you something for comparison, AMP energy drink contains 220 calories.

If you’re trying to minimize your calorie intake, 40 calories shouldn’t have a significant impact on your diet.

However, if you’re keen on energy drinks containing no calories at all, you can check out this article I wrote about zero-calorie energy drinks.

Is There Any Sugar In Bing Energy Drink?

Bing contains 9g of sugar, as labelled on the can itself. It’s considered a low-sugar energy drink, although understandably there are people who would opt for a zero-sugar drink altogether.

It’s marketed as a healthy energy drink, and by contrast, its sugar levels are in no way harmful to you. Women are suggested to consume no more than 25 g of sugar per day. Men, on the other hand, are suggested to consume nothing above 36 grams of sugar each day.

Drinking in moderation is your key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Artificial Sweeteners in Bing Energy Drink

There are two artificial sweeteners in Bing Energy Drink, but also has a variety of natural components that may make the flavor sweeter.

One of them is dark cherry juice, which contributes greatly to the flavor.

Like Red Bull, Bing contains two artificial sweeteners called Ace-K and sucralose. What are these two?

Ace-K

Ace-K is around 200 times sweeter than your regular table sugar. However, it’s quite known to have a sour aftertaste.

This calorie-free sweetener is popular among energy drinks, protein shakes and more. This way, sweet flavor can be maintained without having to boost the calorie content of the drink.

Furthermore, it’s been approved by the FDA as safe to consume.

Sucralose

Sucralose is known to most as Splenda, a popular brand that comes in a tiny yellow packet. Much sweeter than Ace-K, it’s reputable for being 600 times sweeter than real table sugar without any of its calories.

Another benefit to it is that it won’t tamper with insulin levels.

Does Bing Energy Drink Contain Too Much Caffeine?

Coffee beans

The caffeine content in Bing Energy Drink is 120mg for every serving.

It can be considered to be mid-range in caffeine content, as there are energy drinks like Bang with 300mg of caffeine. That’s over twice as much caffeine content as Bing Energy Drink contains.

This however doesn’t give you the go-signal to consume more than one can a day. Moderation is still the best way to go with energy drinks.

What Happens When You Drink Bing Energy Drink?

When you drink Bing, your body is jolted awake with its nutrients and caffeine content. It works the way any other energy drink does, through its caffeine.

This works because it blocks adenosine, a chemical produced in our brains that’s responsible for sleeping. Naturally, when this element is blocked, neurons in your brain are activated.

Hence, you have the power and energy to finish your tasks.

How Many Bing Energy Drinks Can You Drink In A Day?

Bing Energy can be consumed on a daily basis, but only in small amounts. It’s best practice to have only one can a day.

If you’re thinking, it only has 120mg of caffeine, then you’re missing other factors to consider. Yes, your daily limit is 400mg of caffeine, but you do eat and drink other foods and beverages that may contain caffeine.

Things like chocolate, tea, and coffee are some of them.

Furthermore, overconsumption of caffeine can lead to these effects:

  • irregular heartbeat and palpiations
  • sahkiness
  • nausea and vomitting
  • panic attacks
  • dehydration

How Long Do The Effects Of Bing Energy Drink Last?

Bing Energy Drink contains caffeine that lasts around 10 to 12 hrs before leaving the body.

The early benefits of an energy drink begin to kick in between ten minutes. You feel its peak at around the 45-minute mark, and begin to subside at 2-3 hours for most healthy adults.

Energy drinks and their substances, on the other hand, will remain in your body for up to 12 hrs.

Can You Drink Bing Energy Drink Every Day?

It’s perfectly safe to drink Bing Energy Drink daily, as long as you don’t have any pre-existing conditions and you’re a healthy individual.

Do keep in mind that although this is okay, you should only rely on consuming Bing if you really need the energy boost. It’s not actually meant to be a daily source of energy.

However, if you’re caffeine-sensitive, you might want to stick to alternatives like tea which is far milder than energy drinks.

Is Bing Energy Drink Bad For You?

Bing Energy Drink is only bad for you if consumed in excess. If you drink responsibly, then you should be okay.

In fact, anything consumed over a long period isn’t good; continuous access to stimulants may weaken your nerve and keep you less sensitive if you’re not consuming them regularly.

Overall, keep track of how much you’re consuming. While the surge of energy may be appealing, keep in mind that it must be used responsibly.

Is Bing Energy Drink healthy?

Bing Energy Drink is healthy. Bing Energy Drink contains vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B12 and vitamin C. These vitamins are essential for energy and immune system support. Additionally, Bing Energy Drink is low in calories and sugar, making it a healthier option compared to other energy drinks.

However, Bing Energy Drink does contain caffeine and artificial sweeteners, which can have negative effects on some individuals. It is recommended that individuals limit their caffeine intake and consult with a healthcare professional if they have any concerns about consuming artificial sweeteners.

However, Bing Energy Drink does contain caffeine, which can be addictive and have negative effects on some individuals. Overall, Bing Energy Drink offers a healthier alternative to traditional energy drinks, but individuals should still consume it in moderation and be aware of the caffeine content.

Bing is classified as an energy drink. It is a beverage designed to provide a quick burst of energy and increased alertness, which are typical characteristics of energy drinks. Bing typically contains caffeine and other ingredients intended to enhance energy levels.

While Bing is considered an energy drink, it’s worth noting that there are variations among energy drinks in terms of ingredients, caffeine content, and nutritional profiles. Consumers should review product labels and consider their own health needs and sensitivities when choosing energy drinks.

Side Effects of Bing Energy Drink

Consuming more than the suggested regular intake of Bing energy drink may cause the following side effects:

  • Overdosing on caffeine
  • Cavities
  • Obesity
  • Dehydration
  • Heart attack

Furthermore, pregnant women and also children shouldn’t be consuming Bing Energy Drink, or any other energy drink for the sake of their health.

Ultimately, it isn’t all bad after all. Other effects that are positive are:

  • sharpened alertness

Other things to factor in are its sugar content, which is 9g per serving. It’s tolerable compared to drinks that may go as high as 50g of sugar.

What does Bing taste like?

The taste of Bing energy drink can vary depending on the flavor you choose, as Bing offers a range of flavor options. Common flavors include cherry, blackberry, and others. The taste is typically described as fruity and sweet, with a hint of tartness in some varieties.

Flavors Of Bing Energy Drink

Here are the flavors:

  • Raz (raspberry)
  • Original (cherry)
  • Crisp (cherry and apple)
  • Black (blackberry)

What Does Bing Energy Drink Taste Like?

I’m personally a fan of the cherry flavor. It’s pleasant without any of the artificial aftertaste that other energy drinks have.

I also like the mix between the sourness and sweetness of this flavor, and I think it’s one of the better tasting cherry options in the energy drink market.

Where Can You Buy Bing Energy Drink And How Much Does It Cost?

Bing is available for purchase straight from their site, and they deliver everywhere in Continental America (except Alaska and Hawaii).

The beverage is also available on Amazon & Walmart.

A few web choices require you to buy them in large quantities, such as 24 cans per box, which is a lot of bottles if you only want to sample the drink.

If you’re curious about how it tasted, walk down to your nearest supermarket and sample one before committing to 24 cans.

A case would retail for around $45 for 9 12 fl. oz. sized cans, making each cost around the $5 dollar mark. It’s rather on the pricey side.

Review Of Bing Energy Drink

I would rate it a 7 out of 10. Please keep in mind that these are all my personal opinions, and you’re free to have your own too.

I like the packaging of the energy drink, I think it’s pretty and sophisticated looking.

Minimalism suits the energy drink. Despite having less, it’s sure to stand if I ever saw it on a grocery shelf. The cherry logo is cute.

As for the taste, I’m a big fan of cherry flavors. And I think Bing has one of the better tasting ones compared to other drinks. It’s refreshing and pleasant, and it doesn’t make me thirsty for water after.

I do like very sweet drinks though, so if you’re not a fan of that then you might not like it.

Energy-wise, it’s effective and does give me the boost. It doesn’t give me a massive headache because its caffeine levels are just right.

The biggest downside to this energy drink is its price point, which is about $5 per can.

What Are The Alternatives To Bing Energy Drink

Whether you’re searching for some excellent Bing alternatives, there are indeed a variety of options available to you. You might want to consider the following:

The Final Say

Bing is a great option for you if you like sweet cherry flavors, and drink coffee on a day-to-day basis.

It’s caffeine content is the perfect amount for special activities, like a workout or an all-nighter. Plus it doesn’t have high sugar contents that might break your diet if ever you’re on one.

I would still advise you to drink in moderation, despite its 120mg caffeine content, you wouldn’t want to risk feeling the side effects of a caffeine overdose. It’s best practice to remember that we all have different levels of tolerance, so be mindful of your health.
