Bing Energy Drink: Caffeine & Ingredients (Facts)

Bing Energy Drink
A Carbonated, juice-based energy drink.

Bing Energy Drink is a naturally flavored energy drink manufactured in the United States.

Packed with antioxidants, B-vitamins, Vitamin C, and Ginseng, this energy drink is far healthier compared to sugary products like soft drinks and the like.

Aside from that, Bing also contains a whopping 120mg of caffeine per 12 fl oz enough to help you stay active and alert throughout the day.

Those that I’ve mentioned are only a few of the many interesting substances that this energy drink includes, and if you want to understand more about it, stick with me until the end of this post.

Bing Energy Drink Caffeine Content

A 12 fl oz can of Bing energy drink contains 120 mg of caffeine.

I believe 120mg of caffeine is a moderate dose compared to Bang which has a whopping 300mg of caffeine content.

Aside from that, it does not exceed the FDA’s maximum caffeine intake of 400mg.

Take note that caffeine can be consumed at low to moderate levels without causing harm. In fact, this research found that moderate caffeine use had the following benefits:

  • Improves physical endurance
  • Enhance cognitive function
  • Increase alertness and concentration
  • Boost mood and reaction
  • Lower the risk of fatigue
  • Lower the risk of oral cancer
  • Lower the risk of strokes for older women

However, I strongly advise you to limit yourself to one can per day to avoid caffeine overdose and other caffeine-related health issues.

If you want to know more about highly caffeinated beverages that dominate the energy drink industry, I wrote the full list here.

Bing Energy Drink Sugar Content

Bing includes 9g of sugar per 12 fl oz. Actually, this is a small quantity compared to Rockstar with a thumping 69g per 500ml can.

According to the AHA, women and children over the age of two should consume no more than 25 grams of sugar per day, while males should consume no more than 36 grams.

This amount, however, is suitable only if you’re not consuming sugars from other foods and beverages as well as caffeine.

According to this study, sugar is not harmful to one’s health when consumed in moderation.

In fact, it has a number of advantages, including:

  • Gives you a surge of energy
  • Stock your energy to be utilized later
  • Immediately improve your mood
  • Help enhance your concentration

Bing Energy Drink Calories

The 12 fl oz Bing energy drink contains 40 calories.

The calorie count of Bing, in my opinion, is not that big to alter your diet. However, if you’re really trying to lose weight, the calorie consumption you can consume on a daily basis shouldn’t go above 2000 calories, as recommended by the FDA.

Remember that calories are a vital source of energy for our bodies. Gain weight happened when you don’t properly burn it off.

You may also cut your calorie intake down to 500 kcal below what your body requires to maintain your present weight.

Is Bing Energy Drink Vegan?

A plate full of healthy vegetables

Bing is vegan and gluten-free. The company itself guaranteed consumers that Bing energy drink is vegan.

It’s an excellent energy drink prepared with natural fruit juice.

The company also states that they’re investing a lot of effort into inventing a healthy energy drink that anyone may enjoy without fear of negative health consequences.

Of course, If you’re looking for a plant-based energy drink, then Bing is a must-have for you. Just don’t overlook its caffeine content and you’ll be good.

Remember that Bing is not a substitute for all your fluid intake.

Is Bing Energy Drink Bad For You?

Bing is not bad for you as long as you take it sensibly.

However, if you have poor caffeine tolerance or has a medical condition, then Bing may put your health at risk.

Aside from that, this energy beverage is also off-limits to the following individuals:

  • Children

Children are not advised to consume energy drinks, particularly those with a large dose of caffeine. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, extreme restlessness, and other side effects are possible to happen if consumed excessively.

  • Pregnant

Caffeine is also not recommended for pregnant women. Too much caffeine consumption during pregnancy has been linked to miscarriage and poor birth weight.

  • Caffeine sensitive

Individuals who have poor tolerance to caffeine are also not advised to consume Bang Shots and other highly caffeinated beverages for their health’s sake.

They may experience trembling, jitters, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, and many more.

Always take your health into account whenever you consume any highly caffeinated beverages.

When Should You Drink Bing Energy Drink?

It’s best to consume 30 minutes or an hour before hitting the gym or doing your workload.

However, many individuals feel that consuming it between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. will deliver the greatest energy boost.

I also recommend drinking it cold for a refreshing sensation.

How Many Bing Energy Drink Can You Drink In A Day?

I suggest limiting yourself to one can per day. Although Bing contains a moderate amount of caffeine, doesn’t mean that it can be consumed recklessly.

Keep in mind that energy drinks have twice or even three times the caffeine content of conventional soda and coffee, thus make you more vulnerable to caffeine-related health problems.

Consuming an energy drink on a daily basis is not recommended for everyone, especially children, pregnant women, and caffeine-sensitive individuals.

Children under the age of 18 are not advised to drink Emerge energy drinks because this may cause them a variety of negative health effects.

How Long Does It Take Of Bing To Kick In?

Bing energy drink, like any other energy drink, takes approximately 10-15 minutes to enter the bloodstream.

However, it will take another 15-20 minutes for your body to absorb the caffeine completely.

If you’re planning on hitting the gym or wanted to pull an all-nighter, then I suggest taking it 30-60 minutes beforehand to get the caffeine boost you need.

How Long Does A Bing Energy Drink Last?

The caffeine in a 12 fl oz Bing energy drink can stay in your system for up to 10-12 hours. Caffeine may still be present after some time has passed.

Once again, always be cautious of your caffeine tolerance. Excessive caffeine intake is harmful

Where Can You Buy Bing Energy Drink?

You can purchase your favorite Bing energy drinks in many convenience stores near you. Just simply look for them in the soft drinks and energy drinks section.

However, if you’re looking for a more convenient option, I suggest buying your favorite Bing energy drink online.

Bing energy drink is available on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. You can also drop your orders via their official website.

Bing Energy Drink Price

A case of 9 cans of 12 fl. oz. Bing energy drink costs around $50, or around $6 per can. When compared to other well-known energy drinks like Red Bull, which costs roughly $3 per 12 fl oz can, this is rather pricey.

Prices, on the other hand, may vary depending on which store or retailer you visit and whether or not the item is on sale.

Bing Energy Drink Flavors

There are four varieties of Bing energy drinks to choose from. It’s recommended to try each one out to see which one best suits you.

  • Original (cherry)
  • Black (blackberry)
  • Crisp (cherry and apple)
  • Raz (raspbeery)

Just in case you want to know, the original one is my favorite since it gives me the flavor and feel of a genuine cherry.

Final Say

Bing energy drink, in my opinion, is worth purchasing. It’s a great energy booster that helps you stay awake, productive, and motivated during your hectic day.

Aside from that, this energy drink is also packed with potent ingredients such as antioxidants, B-vitamins, Vitamin C, and Ginseng which are all deemed as healthy components.

Furthermore, this caffeinated juice beverage is also recognized by many as a vegan. However, whether or not you incorporate this into your vegan diet is entirely up to you.

Just keep in mind that Bing contains 120mg of caffeine. So, if you have a caffeine deficiency, better avoid drinking any energy beverages for the sake of your health. Always drink responsibly.

I usually warn individuals in my articles to be cautious and restrict their caffeine intake because many people suffer from caffeine overdose and other negative effects as a result of ingesting too much caffeine.
