A cup of fresh orange juice to kick the day off can increase our alertness as well as our concentration and focus.

Green Tea is a great studying aid that helps improve our focus and concentration. The beverage also contains EGCG, which may help in improving our memory too.
Not just that, green tea helps with maintaining healthy skin, heart, and bones too.

Guru Energy Drink
Guru energy drink has 100mg of naturally extracted caffeine, 21g of sugar, and 20 calories.
The naturally contained caffeine makes Guru healthier than other options, but the high sugar content is mentionable too.
Zipfizz Energy Drink
Zipfizz is an energy drink mix. Meaning it’s an energy drink that comes in powder form in small containers.
Zipfizz has 100mg of caffeine with no added sugar and 20 calories. It also has a lot of vitamins in them.
Advocare Spark, unlike traditional energy drinks, comes in sachets.
It has a lot of flavors to choose from. Each drink contains 120mg of caffeine, no added sugar, and only 15 calories per serving.
Advocare Spark is budget-friendly and provides a decent boost of energy.
3D Energy Drink
Each drink contains 160mg of caffeine, zero added sugar, and 15 calories.
3D Energy is vegan-friendly. So if you’re vegan looking for a boost of energy that’s not animal-sourced and increases concentration, 3D Energy can be a good option.
G Fuel Energy Tubs
G Fuel is that energy drink that don’t need a description.
However, this is the powdered energy drink and not the canned version. Each energy tub of G Fuel has 140mg of caffeine, again, zero added sugar and 25 calories per serving.

If you are a fan of Monster and are looking for an option that doesn’t have staggering 220 calories and probably won’t cause you a sugar-crash, you can go for Monster Zero Ultra.

Personally, I think, the key to doing good and successful work is to have an excellent concentration and developed focus system.
Although energy drinks alone won’t make you ace your mid-terms without studying, it definitely will improve your focus and concentration.
Energy drinks also can help with your memory and alertness. But if you are not a fan of energy drinks, you can try other beverages like juice, smoothies, coffee, or green tea, too. If that’s your preference.
However, keep in mind, that yes, energy drinks will enhance your concentration, but drinking them too much will cause health problems too. So, please drink it in moderation.
