300mg of caffeine is quite a lot of caffeine if you ask me. The caffeine content quickly makes Bang energy one of the strongest caffeinated energy drinks out there.

For some folks, 300 mg of caffeine is too much. Energy drinks’ caffeine content depends on your caffeine tolerance and your body’s ability to metabolize and flush out the caffeine.

I like to have 50-100mg of caffeine in a single serving of energy drink. That’s the sweet spot for me; anything more than that causes headaches. I’ll only buy a can of Bang if I need to get through the day.

For reference, the FDA recommends a maximum of 400mg of caffeine per day for healthy adults with no pre-health conditions.
